It's Been Awhile...

Another new year come and yes, it was 10 days ago... I'm still catching up. So what else is new? Since my last post, I've been diagnosed with Multiple Scerosis (2013). Sjogrens (2022) Diabetes (2023) and today, my doctor thinks I have another autoimmune disease...Lichen Planus... which is attacking my gums. No wonder I've been having trouble with my gums. (sigh) If it's not one thing it's another. Oh! I forgot! I've lost some weight... I'm down from 311 (my highest weight) to 195 (current weight) and it is staying off. :-)
